However, there was a little disappointment with the bath service. We had informed the front desk in advance about our desire to have a bath, but they failed to communicate this to the technician and as a result, we had to wait for about 10 minutes for the water to be ready. Additionally, there seemed to be an issue with the temperature gauge, as the water turned out to be scorching hot despite attempts to add cold water. Despite this, the service in other areas was quite good. For example, after our session, it started raining outside and the staff kindly provided us with an umbrella. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated.
